These terms explain how to use Day 1 of Owning a Roadster and what is included when you buy a video pack.

Which photos can you use?

Upload one photo of a clearly visible person or pet. Only use photos you own or have permission to process, including permission from people pictured. Do not use the service for harmful impersonation or unlawful content.

What are you buying?

Our one-time USD packs cost $9.99 for 1 video, $24.99 for 3 videos or $69.99 for 10 videos. There is no subscription. Check your photo, delivery email and final checkout total before paying.

Your first video starts once payment is confirmed. Remaining paid videos stay with the same private order and do not expire.

What does the video include?

Your photo is used to create the driver in a fixed white Roadster V2 sequence: rainy traffic, a button press, rocket takeoff, an aerial loop and spilled coffee. Custom cars, outfits, backgrounds and prompts are not available.

Orders are set to approximately 13 seconds, vertical 9:16 and HD 720p, with sound and no watermark. The example's original audio is added to your video without looping or stretching it.

AI may change likeness, anatomy, clothing, car details, movement and sound alignment. An exact likeness or frame-for-frame match to a sample is not guaranteed. The homepage includes a cat video generated on this site at the 480p setting and a separately supplied golden retriever example.

Generation fees do not include licenses for third-party music, brands, footage or likenesses. Watch the full video before using or sharing it, and make sure you have the rights needed for your intended use.

How do you receive and keep your video?

Use your private order page or email link to check progress and download. Anyone with a valid private link can access its order, so keep the link confidential.

Photos are available for up to 7 days after upload, finished videos for 30 days after completion, and email links for 30 days from issue. Download a local copy before your video expires. If your email link expires, contact support from your delivery email to access any unused paid videos. A delayed email alone does not mean generation failed.

What happens if something goes wrong?

A confirmed generation or audio-processing failure returns one video credit to the same order. Each failed attempt is credited only once. While a task's outcome is still being checked, its credit stays in use.
