## One-time video packs

| Pack | Price in USD | Included in each video |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 video | $9.99 | HD 720p, sound, no watermark |
| 3 videos | $24.99 | HD 720p, sound, no watermark |
| 10 videos | $69.99 | HD 720p, sound, no watermark |

Each video uses one person or pet photo for the prepared white Roadster V2 effect: rainy traffic, button press, rocket takeoff, an aerial loop and spilled coffee. Videos are about 13 seconds and vertical 9:16. No account, prompt or subscription is needed. Personal generation is paid; there is no free generation trial. Unused paid credits stay on the same order and do not expire.

AI appearance, motion and sound timing may vary. The site's cat example was made using the 480p setting. The supplied golden retriever action reference is about 13.06 seconds at 480 × 854, with sound. Neither sample represents the standard HD 720p generation setting.

## Payment and private delivery

Upload your photo, enter your email and review the total before paying. The first video starts after payment is confirmed. Use the private order page or email link to follow progress and download. Check your email spelling and spam folder if a message is missing; do not pay again while a video is still processing.

Photos are kept for up to 7 days, and browser photo drafts for 24 hours. Finished videos are available for 30 days. Email access links expire 30 days after issue. Download a local copy and keep the order link private. If the link expires while credits remain, contact support from your delivery email for access help.

## Failed videos and billing questions

A confirmed generation or audio-processing failure returns one video credit to the order once so you can try again. This is not an automatic cash refund. For a duplicate charge or another billing issue, email support@day1ofowningaroadster.com with your order reference.
