## What is Day 1 of Owning a Roadster V2?

Day 1 of Owning a Roadster is an independent AI video service. Upload one person or pet photo to put that subject in the driver's seat of a white Roadster. The V2 story follows rainy traffic, a button press, rocket takeoff, an aerial loop and floating, spilled coffee.

The scene and car are prepared, so there is no prompt to write or model to choose. The service offers this V2 effect; it does not offer custom cars, outfits, scenes, reference videos or soundtracks. No account is required.

## What will I receive?

A personal video of about 13 seconds, vertical 9:16, HD 720p, with sound and no watermark. Watch and download it on your private order page, or return through the access link sent to your delivery email. You may close the browser while it is processing. Completion time depends on the queue and audio processing.

The sound uses the original reference track without looping or stretching. AI may change facial or fur details, anatomy, clothing, the car and movements. Exact likeness, frame-by-frame action and sound alignment are not guaranteed.

The cat example was generated on this site using the 480p setting. The supplied golden retriever action reference is approximately 13.06 seconds, 480 × 854, with sound. These examples are lower resolution than the standard HD 720p generation setting.

## Which photo should I upload?

Choose one well-lit person or pet photo with a clearly visible face. Avoid group photos, tiny subjects, face coverings and heavy filters. For pets, show the face and ears clearly. Use a photo you own or have permission to upload, including permission from the person pictured.

Supported files: JPG/JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. Each side must be 301–5,760 pixels. The width-to-height ratio must be greater than 0.4 and less than 2.5; a normal portrait or square photo is a practical choice.

## How do I return to an order or download?

Use your private order page or emailed access link to view progress and download finished videos. Check your spam folder and email spelling if the message is missing. A video still processing does not need a second payment.

Uploaded photos are kept for up to 7 days. Browser photo drafts last 24 hours. Finished videos are available for 30 days, so download a local copy. Email access links expire 30 days after issue. Anyone with a valid link can access its order; keep it confidential. Unused paid credits remain valid after link expiry. Contact support from your delivery email for help restoring access.

## What happens if a video fails?

If video generation or audio processing is confirmed to have failed, one video credit is returned to the same order once so you can try again. A pending or unresolved task is still checked before a credit is returned. This is not an automatic cash refund. Contact support about duplicate charges, failed paid orders or concerns with a result.

Cloudflare supports the website, private storage and email delivery; KIE processes photos to generate the visual sequence; FAL combines video and sound; Stripe handles payment. Each provider has its own processing and retention policy. Analytics measure visits and product use without sending photos, delivery emails or private links as analytics event properties.
