Yes. Choose a clear photo of one pet, with its face visible. Your pet becomes the driver of the white Roadster. You can also use a person’s photo. AI may change facial features or body details, so the result may not be an exact likeness.

The white Roadster and V2 story stay the same: rainy traffic, a button press, rocket takeoff, a loop and coffee floating and spilling inside the car. Upload a different photo to change the driver. Custom cars, outfits and scenes are not available.

No. You only need a photo and an email address. After checkout, open your order in the same browser or use the private link in your email. Keep that link private. You only need the prompt guide if you want to try other tools.

You receive an MP4 video in HD 720p, about 13 seconds long and vertical 9:16, with no watermark. It includes the original clip’s audio without looping or stretching it. AI-generated movements may not line up perfectly with the sound.

The cat video beside the upload form was made on this site from one pet photo at 480p. The supplied golden retriever video at the top shows the original V2 story at 480 × 854 and about 13.06 seconds. Paid orders use HD 720p. Each AI-generated result can differ from the samples.

Examples and guides are free to view. Video packs cost $9.99 for 1 video, $24.99 for 3 or $69.99 for 10. All prices are in USD. Each credit makes one video, and there is no subscription.

You can check your uploaded photo and watch the sample videos before paying. Your personalized video is created after payment is confirmed. There is no free personalized video preview.

The wait depends on the queue and the time needed to create your video and sound. Your private order page shows the latest progress, and we email you when it is ready. You can close the page while you wait; there is no guaranteed completion time.

Open your private order page or the link in your email to download finished videos. Once your current video is finished, you can use a remaining credit with a different photo. Each video features one person or pet. Finished videos are available for 30 days after completion. Email links are valid for 30 days after they are issued; unused paid credits do not expire. If your link expires, contact support using the email address you used at checkout.

Yes. Each new video uses one credit, even if you use the same photo. A confirmed generation or audio-processing failure returns the credit used for that attempt so you can try again. If you have concerns about a finished video, contact support with your order reference.

If video generation or audio processing is confirmed to have failed, we return the credit used for that video to your order so you can try again. Each failed attempt is credited back only once. If we are still checking the result, please wait for the status to update or contact support. Returning a credit is not a cash refund; contact support about refund requests.

Orders placed on the English site receive emails in English. Orders placed on the Simplified Chinese site receive emails in Simplified Chinese. Choose your preferred language before checkout.

We use your photo to make your video and do not automatically publish it. Uploaded photos are kept in our storage for up to 7 days; photo drafts saved in your browser expire after 24 hours. Our video provider, KIE, also processes your photo under its own privacy and retention rules. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Download the vertical 9:16 MP4 and upload it yourself to TikTok, Reels or YouTube Shorts. Check the full clip with sound before sharing, and follow the platform’s audio and AI-labeling rules. Buying a video does not grant licenses for third-party music, footage, brands or likenesses. Use material you have permission to use and follow the destination platform’s rules.

Every result is newly generated, so it will not match the sample frame for frame. A clear photo helps keep the driver recognizable, but AI may change facial features, fur, hands, clothing, car details and movement. Watch your full result before sharing.
